Client Services Consultant

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. The Client Services Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
• Provide training and support to clients on our products and services
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients
• Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
