2 x Site Managers (Regional Projects)
QLD / Northern QLD / Northern NSW | Full-Time Saltair is a leading Queensland-based builder delivering high-quality modular residential and commercial projects across Australia. With facilities in Coolum and Brisbane and the capacity to produce up to 1,800 modules annually, we’re scaling fast
and we need strong site leadership to match. We’re looking for 2 x experienced Site Managers to lead and coordinate site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
About the role
As a Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of onsite construction delivery, leading teams, coordinating trades and ensuring projects meet program, quality, delivered safely, quality and compliance requirements. You’ll be actively involved across planning, execution, and handover, so a
strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment will be well suited to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily site operations to meet program and quality targets
- Supervise trades, subcontractors, and site teams
- Lead and ensure compliance with WHS, SWMS, risk management
- Manage and monitor quality, manage defects, and oversee project handover
- Track progress, manage site reporting and maintain documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience managing construction sites end-to-end
- Trade qualifications or Cert IV in Building & Construction
- Strong leadership and ability to manage teams and subcontractors
- Solid understanding of WHS, compliance and site processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience in modular / off-site construction (highly regarded)
- Exposure to multi-site or remote project delivery (highly regarded)

Regional travel required at times depending on project, and
can include:
- Mt Isa
- QLD island Projects
- Regional QLD locations
- Northern NSW
