We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for providing great customer service and the desire to exceed expectations.

As a Sales Administrator, you will provide a high level of administrative and customer service support to one of our award winning agents and their team. This is a unique opportunity to get your foot in the door of the real estate industry and gain experience from our high performing agent.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Organising and managing the administrative aspects of appraisal and sales process
  • Liaising and managing relationships with external stakeholders during the property transaction
  • Attending appointments at properties
  • Diary management and appointment booking
  • Providing a high level of customer service to valued clients
  • Implementing marketing strategies and enhancing community engagement activity

Skills & Experience

  • High level of organisation
  • ​​Strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail when completing or being handed tasks
  • Professional phone manner and customer service
  • High level of personal presentation

Training will be provided throughout all stages of your career, and new responsibilities will be introduced as the role evolves.
