We are seeking a motivated and career-minded individual to join us in a dynamic role that sits at the very heart of our business. This is a foundational position designed for someone who wants to master real estate operations from the ground up, with the intent to evolve into a leadership capacity.

The Role

Acting as the “engine room” of our sales team, you will ensure everything runs seamlessly from campaign launch to settlement. You will be the primary operational partner for our Selling Principal, Nick Borrelli, while simultaneously ensuring the broader office reflects our premium brand standards. This is a fast-paced role that balances high-level sales support with essential office logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Principal Sales Support: Managing the administrative sales lifecycle for Nick Borrelli, from preparing appraisal documents through to settlement.
  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Coordinating all digital and print marketing for listings, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring every property launch is flawless.
  • Client Experience & Settlement Support: Acting as the primary liaison between vendors, buyers, and industry partners to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
  • Office Flow & Logistics: Overseeing the day-to-day “front-of-house” environment, including professional phone reception, mail management, and general office presentation.
