We are seeking a motivated and career-minded individual to join our team in a dynamic sales support role. This position sits at the heart of our sales operations and is ideal for someone looking to develop a strong foundation in real estate, with the opportunity to grow and progress within the business.


The Role

Working closely with our sales team, you will be the primary engine behind our property campaigns and the first point of contact for our boutique office. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you will manage the end-to-end marketing lifecycle of our listings while ensuring our office environment remains professional and welcoming.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital and print marketing for all property listings to ensure every home is presented flawlessly.
  • Act as the central point of contact for our suppliers, while maintaining professional communication with new and existing clients.
  • Create a premium first impression by managing the “front-of-house,” including phone reception, mail distribution, and ensuring the office and meeting spaces are always presentation ready.
  • Maintain high standards for our professional environment, including the management of stationery, kitchen supplies, and general office presentation.
