About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll own the end-to-end People & Culture function—partnering with leaders to build capability, strengthen engagement, and support a high-performance, values-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle
Partner with leaders on performance, capability, and culture
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
Support change, growth, and continuous improvement
About You
Proven experience in a senior HR / People & Culture role
Strong business partnering and stakeholder skills
Practical, hands-on, and solutions-focused
Confident working across multi-site operations
