About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail‑focused Warehouse Administrator to support our warehouse operations in Meadowbrook and assist the Warehouse Manager with purchasing, invoicing, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment and takes pride in keeping systems and records accurate and up to date.

You will play an important role in ensuring goods are received correctly, documents are processed daily, wholesale orders are invoiced accurately, and operational support is provided to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan and upload documentation for received goods, including delivery dockets and supplier paperwork
  • Raise invoices for wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and correct records
  • Assist with purchasing tasks as requested, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
  • Scan, file, and maintain receiving and invoicing documents daily
  • Support inventory and stock record updates in warehouse systems
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with general administrative and operational tasks
  • Liaise with warehouse, operations, and finance teams regarding documentation or order queries
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems

About You

  • Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or operations support (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and invoicing
  • Confident using computer systems (inventory, ERP, or accounting systems advantageous)
  • Ability to manage daily administrative tasks in a busy environment
  • Reliable, organised, and a supportive team player
