Now we’re looking for an experienced, confident Dispatch & Scheduling Coordinator who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage daily job scheduling for technicians
• Dispatch plumbers and electricians efficiently across the region
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real-time
• Communicate clearly with field staff and customers
• Handle inbound calls and prioritise urgent work
• Follow up bookings, updates and job completions
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Work closely with the customer service and operations teams
• This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can think ahead, stay calm under pressure and keep multiple moving parts aligned.

Who We’re Looking For

• Have 2+ years experience in dispatch, scheduling, or a similar operations role
• Are confident making decisions and managing competing priorities
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and trades
• Stay calm and focused in a high-volume environment
• Are highly organised and detail-oriented
• Have strong systems/CRM experience
• Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindse
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, or trade services is highly regarded.
