You’ll:
- Take inbound enquiries
- Follow up warm leads
- Help customers book services
- Reconnect with past customers
- Keep conversations friendly, helpful and proactive
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer incoming calls with confidence and warmth
- Call warm leads (no cold lists)
- Book plumbing & electrical appointments
- Follow up quotes and previous enquiries
- Update bookings in our CRM
- Support the scheduling team
- Work toward achievable weekly targets
