The Position
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Wedding and Function Sales Executive to join the ANZAC Club team, based in the Perth CBD.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving event sales and delivering exceptional end-to-end event experiences across weddings, corporate functions and special occasions. You will manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.
Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will coordinate the planning and delivery of events, balancing strong commercial outcomes with outstanding service. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys both sales and event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries and convert leads into confirmed event bookings
- Conduct client consultations and venue tours
- Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and delivery
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain accurate records and manage event budgets
- Deliver exceptional client service from enquiry through to event completion
- Support marketing and promotional activities for the ANZAC Club
About You
You are a proactive and organised professional with experience in event sales, hospitality or venue-based functions. You bring a strong client focus and are confident managing multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
