The Role
We are seeking a full-time Senior Administrator/Executive Assistant to join our Business Services team. This is an instrumental, business partnering position that provides support to our global
workforce, based at our office in West Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and support the ongoing development of RSC’s culture, including internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Champion a positive office experience by creating a warm and welcoming environment as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and contractors.
- Provide administrative support across the company, including document creation and formatting, database management, and updating and maintaining reporting systems.
- Provide high‑level support, including complex travel and diary management, logistical
support, and meeting preparation.
- Negotiate, maintain and manage RSC’s supply vendor relationships.
- Manage end-to-end office operations, including purchasing, budget and receipt requirements, IT support, and facilities maintenance.
- Organise internal social and external corporate events, including support for conferences.
- Manage system administration and issue resolution for RSC’s timekeeping and expense software systems.
- Lead system administration for timekeeping and expense platform, and provide support for other RSC administrative systems, ensuring data integrity, system optimisation and ongoing user support.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- High school year 12 certificate or equivalent.
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role as an Office Manager, Administrator or Executive Assistant.
- An intuitive eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Relevant knowledge and/or experience in office management systems.
- Demonstrated ability/experience managing complex international itineraries and travel scheduling.
- Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Desirable
- Previous experience in the consulting/service or membership industry would be beneficial.
- Experience working within dynamic and high-energy working environments.
