About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support and motivate our well established, diversified Manufacturing team.

We are looking for a people-focused individual who can coordinate, support, and assist manufacturing operations, including roasting, packaging quality products, and preparing materials for storage and dispatch. This role will be based at our Scoresby facility.

Responsibilities:

• The role oversees daily production line operations, ensuring throughput targets, quality, and GMP standards are consistently met. It involves leading and supporting the team through effective training, performance management, and clear communication of expectations. The Manufacturing Assistant will plan and allocate daily duties, provide backup coverage, and foster strong problem-solving skills within the team. Working closely with QA, Warehouse, and other stakeholders, the role drives continuous improvement, maintains safe and efficient processes, and reports key operational metrics to leadership.

Required experience:

• Experience in a leadership role.

• Have been working in manufacturing industries for at least 3 years.

• Familiar with roasting and packing equipment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Data entry – production

• Process orientated.

• Physically fit and active, strong work ethic, and hands-on approach.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in food processing is preferred

• Graduate studies in any field preferred
