🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate the deployment of our operations team to successfully deliver against complex client and business requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact, providing project support to both internal teams and clients.
- Establish, follow, and continuously improve operational processes.
- Forecast revenue and manage team utilization to optimize team performance.
- Support quoting, proposals, and seamless handovers through the project cycle (Sales Execution Close out).
- Process and approve Ops Team’s expenses, timesheets, etc.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with our team, clients, suppliers, contractors and casual staff.
🛠 Skills and Capacities Needed:
- Experience in operations coordination, project administration, or similar roles.
- Exposure to engineering, field services, or oil & gas environments highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Financial acumen for budget oversight, invoice reviews, revenue forecasting, and utilization tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team management.
- High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach.
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Technologically proficient in the modern ways of working and communicating (MS Office, Web interfaces, etc.).
