About the Role
As our Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of insurance repair projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. You will oversee multiple jobs, coordinate trades, and work closely with customers, insurers and internal teams to deliver quality
outcomes. This hands-on role combines site supervision, stakeholder management and project coordination, requiring strong communication, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will ensure projects are delivered in line with KPIs, budgets and HSEQ requirements, while providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate on-site trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules, budgets and project plans
- Supervise insurance repair works from commencement to completion, ensuring timelines and
standards are met
- Liaise with customers, insurers and internal teams, providing clear updates and managing expectations
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and HSEQ standards
- Maintain accurate site documentation, reporting and system updates throughout the project lifecycle
About You
- Experience in a Supervisor role within insurance repair environments
- Relevant qualification/ trade certificate in construction, Supervisors/ Builders License, White Card and current driver’s licence
- Strong understanding of building practices, codes and safety requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage trades and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised and team-focused with a strong commitment to quality and customer
service
