About the Role
As our Site Foreman, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations across insurance repair and major loss projects, leading and coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will drive on-site productivity, enforce HSEQ compliance, manage trade performance and sequencing, and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality, safety and programme delivery, where you will proactively identify risks, control costs and ensure works are completed in line with scope, timelines and expectations.
Please note, this a 6month max term contract position.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead and coordinate all on-site activities, including trades, labour and material movements
·Drive site safety, conducting inductions, toolbox talks and ensuring HSEQ compliance
·Manage daily site operations, sequencing works to meet programme timelines
·Monitor subcontractor performance, quality and productivity to minimise rework
·Coordinate deliveries, resources and site logistics for efficient workflow
·Identify risks, variations and cost impacts early, escalating to the Project Manager
About You
·Trade background or relevant construction qualification
·Proven experience leading site teams across construction or insurance repair projects
·Strong understanding of building practices, sequencing and site safety requirements
·Confident managing multiple trades and stakeholders on active sites
·Highly organised with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
