About the Role
As our Repair Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to Supervisors, the Operations Coordinator and Construction team to ensure insurance repair projects progress smoothly from scheduling through to completion. You will play a key role in maintaining
accurate job information, supporting scheduling activities, tracking job progress and assisting with escalations to ensure issues are resolved quickly and workflows remain on track. This is a highly responsive, fast-paced role where your accuracy, organisation and communication will directly support operational performance and service delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to Supervisors and Operations team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job information, system records and STA tracking
- Support scheduling activities including call forwards, appointments and trade coordination
- Identify, document and escalate urgent issues or job delays for timely resolution
- Liaise with internal teams, Supervisors, trades and suppliers to support workflow progression
- Assist with document control, job file updates and general administrative tasks
About You
- Previous administration or coordination experience (construction or insurance desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and system updates
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM/scheduling systems
