About the Role
As our Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial insurance repair and major loss rebuild projects, taking ownership from initial scoping through to completion. Working across complex projects, you will manage planning, programming, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and on-site delivery, remaining hands-on where required while coordinating trades, consultants and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard, while driving performance across KPIs, financial outcomes and customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial insurance and major loss projects, from scoping through to completion
·Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting to ensure profitability
·Coordinate and direct trades, subcontractors and consultants to achieve quality, time and cost outcomes
·Build and manage relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers, clients and key stakeholders
·Oversee project programming, reporting and documentation including variations, RFIs and progress claims
·Drive safety, compliance and HSEQ standards across all project activities
About You
·Experience managing commercial construction, insurance repair or fit-out projects
·Strong understanding of building practices, codes, contracts and insurance processes
·Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance across multiple projects
·Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
·Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
·Trade qualification, Builder’s Licence or relevant construction-related experience
