About the Role

As our Customer Service Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting customers whose homes or businesses have been impacted by an event or disaster. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will manage communications, support claim progression and ensure customers, insurers and internal stakeholders are kept informed at every stage. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you will balance empathy with organisation, working closely with insurers, loss adjusters and internal teams to deliver outcomes aligned to KPIs, service standards and customer expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, timely updates and manage expectations throughout the claims journey
  • Proactively monitor and coordinate claims to ensure adherence to key milestones, service standards, and KPIs
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications (phone and email) with a high level of empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness
  • Review, verify, and submit documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational requirements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed data entry, records, and documentation within internal systems

 

About You

  • A genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact
  • Experience in fast-paced customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to remain calm, organised and solution-focused under pressure
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems
