About the Role
As our Customer Service Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting customers whose homes or businesses have been impacted by an event or disaster. As part of our Client Services team, you will manage a portfolio of claims, coordinate assessments and repairs, and act as a key point of contact for customers and partners throughout the repair journey. This is a fast-paced role
where you will provide clear updates, ensure repairs progress efficiently, and deliver reassurance and support when customers need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and triage new job allocations, coordinating urgent repairs where required
Manage a portfolio of insurance repair claims from allocation through to completion
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and timely
updates throughout the repair process
- Coordinate property assessments and bookings with customers, construction teams and
partners
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters and internal stakeholders to ensure service level
agreements and KPIs are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across internal and partner systems
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, claims management or case coordination
- A calm, empathetic approach and genuine desire to support customers during
stressful situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage customer information
- Experience in the insurance, construction, restoration or property repair industry (highly
regarded)
