We’re growing — multiple positions available across two teams

We’re looking for curious, detail-oriented people to join our Investigations and Repossessions teams as Skip Tracers. Think of it as part detective, part problem-solver — you’ll use databases, public records, and good old-fashioned phone skills to track down individuals on behalf of our clients.

No industry experience? No problem. If you’ve got strong admin skills, enjoy a challenge, and know how to have a professional conversation, we’ll provide comprehensive training in our systems, processes, and the investigative techniques that make our team one of the best in the business.

What you’ll be doing:

Conducting research using computer databases, public records, and telephone enquiries to locate persons of interest.
Following established procedures to work through case files methodically and accurately.
Maintaining detailed records, completing data entry, reports, and correspondence to a high standard.
Negotiating payment arrangements and coordinating with field agents when required.
Responding to enquiries from clients, customers, and third parties professionally.
Meeting service level agreements and contributing to team targets.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, privacy requirements, and company policies.
Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and respect.

What you’ll bring:

A knack for problem-solving — you enjoy piecing information together and figuring things out.
Strong attention to detail and solid admin skills.
Confident and professional phone manner.
Good written communication — you can put together a clear, accurate report.
Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
Resilience and a level head when navigating difficult conversations.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Minimum Year 12 completion.
Satisfactory National Police Check (required).
