- Conducting research using computer databases, public records, and telephone enquiries to locate persons of interest.
- Following established procedures to work through case files methodically and accurately.
- Maintaining detailed records, completing data entry, reports, and correspondence to a high standard.
- Negotiating payment arrangements and coordinating with field agents when required.
- Responding to enquiries from clients, customers, and third parties professionally.
- Meeting service level agreements and contributing to team targets.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, privacy requirements, and company policies.
- Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and respect.
- A knack for problem-solving — you enjoy piecing information together and figuring things out.
- Strong attention to detail and solid admin skills.
