About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Rise Early Learning Sunshine Coast as a Room Leader,
where you will be responsible for bringing leadership, structure, and consistency to the room while delivering meaningful learning experiences for children. In this role, you will effectively lead daily practice, guide routines, and contribute to high-quality documentation. You will work alongside a
collaborative team where you will be valued and your professional growth and continuous career development supported.

- Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid Blue Card
- Strong demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including safeguarding responsibilities
- Available for full-time employment across service operational days and hours (Monday to Friday 6:00 AM-6:00PM), with flexibility as required
- Solid recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, especially as a Room/Team Leader or Lead Educator
- ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Food Safety training (completed prior to first working shift)
- Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (completed prior to first working shift)
- Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided (completed prior to first working shift)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates to fulfil Responsible Person role (completed at your own cost prior to first working shift).

We have used our combined personal and professional experience in the sector to design a service which offers spaces for children, families, and Educators to develop trusting relationships, and foster a sense of community.
