Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
- Inclusive of others, with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Motivated to build respectful and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community while maintaining professional boundaries
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and a willingness to grow with the service
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
- Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at your own cost).
Essential Criteria:
- Valid Blue Card
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including safeguarding responsibilities
- Available for full-time employment across service operational days and hours (Monday to Friday 6:00 AM-6:00PM), with flexibility as required
- Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector
- ACECQA approved Cert III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards either qualification with a transcript readily available
- Current Food Safety training (completed prior to first working shift)
- Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (completed prior to first working shift)
- Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided (completed prior to first working shift).

We have used our combined personal and professional experience in the sector to design a service which offers spaces for children, families, and Educators to develop trusting relationships, and foster a sense of community.
