We are currently seeking an amazing Educator to join the team at our architecturally designed Early Childhood service in Camperdown!

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
- Inclusive of others, with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Motivated to build respectful and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community while maintaining professional boundaries
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and willingness to grow with the service
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
- Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at own cost).
Essential Criteria:
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including child safeguarding responsibilities
- Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector
- Available for full-time work across service operational days and hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 6pm), with flexibility as required. Four days per week may be considered for the right candidate
- ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards). Degree qualified Teachers are not needed, and therefore are not being considered at present
- Current Food Safety training, with a certificate to be provided*
- Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk, with evidence to be provided*
- Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided*
*To be completed prior to your first working shift.
