Supervisors and Estimators (Building Insurance Repairs)

The Role
We’re expanding the team and have openings that let you play to your strengths – whether you’re stronger (or prefer) estimating or supervising.
- If you’re an experienced estimator, you’ll spend the majority of your time scoping, costing and writing accurate estimates, with occasional site supervision when we’re busy.
- If you’re a strong supervisor, you’ll spend the majority of your time running jobs on site and managing trades, with some estimating support when volumes spike after storms or events.
Either way, this is one balanced role. Everyone helps out during peak periods (that’s the nature of insurance repairs), but day-to-day you focus on what you do best, with full backup from the rest of the team. We understand that balance and flexibility is important.

What You’ll Bring:
- Australian Work Rights
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Solid building/construction knowledge and experience in insurance repairs (residential and/or commercial)
- Trade background or tertiary qualifications in Building/Construction/Estimating
- White Card, driver’s licence, working at heights
- Great communication skills and a strong work ethic
