The Position

As RSGx continues to experience exponential growth, we are looking to strengthen our Precontracts team with the appointment of a Senior Bid Manager with Electrical background here in Perth.  Reporting to the Precontracts Manager, this pivotal role will oversee all aspects of bid management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process for various projects.
• Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and legal inputs.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company standards.
• Prepare compelling, competitive, and compliant submissions within strict deadlines.
• Develop relationships with client’s procurement teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in bid processes and tools.

About You

• 8 years+ in Project and / or Bid Management role, ideally within the Electrical construction or engineering industry.
• Technical background (Electrical).
• Planning and Estimating knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight timeframes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
