Summary:

As an HR Manager based in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources strategy of our organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This permanent, full-time position is essential for driving employee engagement and supporting the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and best practices.
• Conduct performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Lead training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably at a director level.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
