What You’ll Do As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll support the team in helping customers get maximum value from the platform. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Understanding how customers use the platform and identifying gaps or friction points
  • Proactively engaging with end users to drive regular usage and feature adoption
  • Supporting onboarding and ongoing customer enablement
  • Working closely with marketing and product teams to help customers stay informed about new features, improvements, and best practices
  • Ensuring the right customer stakeholders are engaged and receiving relevant updates
  • Learning how renewals, upsell, and cross-sell conversations work in a SaaS business
  • Assisting the Customer Success team with operational and account support tasks


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous work or internship experience in customer service, sales, consulting, or a technology environment (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Interest in SaaS, technology, and customer experience
