You’ll work directly alongside our Head of People & Culture, gaining exposure to every stage of the employee lifecycle while helping build a high-performing, people-first workplace.

We’re a remote-first team across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Sri Lanka, with our HQ based on the Gold Coast.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and leaders across the business to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from job ads through to offers.
  • Review applications, shortlist candidates and conduct phone screens.
  • Coordinate interviews and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters and People & Culture documentation.
  • Maintain Employment Hero and other People systems.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and culture activities.
  • Assist with policy updates and People & Culture projects.
  • Continuously improve our People & Culture processes and employee experience.
  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day People & Culture support across the business.

  • Experience in a People & Culture, HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
  • A genuine passion for creating a great employee experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for improving processes and finding better ways of working.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
