The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our mobile plant maintenance team and drive safe, efficient operations at our Epping Site.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role combines leadership and very hands on-the-tool support ensuring preventative maintenance is delivered effectively to maximise plant uptime.

This is a full-time on-site role and comes with a full maintained vehicle.

Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coach and develop the maintenance team
  • Lead and support a team maintaining mobile and fixed plant
  • Repairs, servicing and troubleshooting
  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules
  • Manage work orders, priorities and maintenance reporting
  • Coordinate contractors and maintain spare parts inventory
  • Drive equipment reliability through root cause analysis

Leadership & Safety:

  • Coach and develop the maintenance team
  • Promote a strong safety-first culture and run toolbox talks
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards

About You:

  • Diesel mechanic/mobile plant fitter qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong mobile plant maintenance background
  • Current Australian driver’s licence (HR Proffered)
