About the role
We’re looking for motivated Client Services Officer to work in a part-time capacity across our Frankston and CBD offices. You will be the friendly first point of contact for our clients and visitors. A positive, compassionate and welcoming approach is crucial to ensuring clients feel safe
and supported. You’ll respond promptly to enquiries, provide clear information about our services and programs, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate and confidential records along with other general administrative tasks. If you’re organised, people-focused, and eager to keep building your skills, this role offers the chance to make a real impact every day.
About you
Your strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role. You must be compassionate, non-judgemental and value confidentiality. You will be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and be highly organised. You are proactive, willing to learn, and eager to build your skills through ongoing professional development. You must also be adaptable to quickly changing demands and work collaboratively with a team that’s spread across multiple sites.
Qualifications / Experience
- Demonstrated computer literacy and experience using databases and MS Office
- Previous customer service experience
