ABOUT THE ROLE
- As part of our Pagewood team, you will:
- Create rich, inspiring learning environments that invite curiosity, discovery, and exploration
- Design and implement meaningful programs grounded in the Reggio Emilia approach, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Build authentic partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate closely with your Educational Leader, Centre Manager, and peers to deliver exceptional care and education
- Contribute to a reflective, inclusive, and nurturing workplace culture
- These are permanent full-time opportunities, ideal for educators with at least one year of sector experience who are ready to grow their careers and make a lasting difference.
ABOUT YOU
You are an educator who leads with heart and intention. You believe that learning is co-constructed through relationships, and you bring creativity, professionalism, and a strong sense of purpose to your work.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- A valid Working With Children Check
