The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Cadet will support the sales team in achieving volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. This is an entry-level role designed to develop your skills across all aspects of the sales process, including customer engagement, inventory management, and dealership operations.
You will work closely with experienced team members, gaining hands-on experience while learning to deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensuring compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets and KPIs
- Support lead management and customer follow-up activities
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Assist with vehicle presentation, merchandising, and stock management
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey
- Support administrative tasks related to sales and compliance
- Participate in training and development programs
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure smooth operations
