Customer Service Representative

• Manage service enquiries, bookings, warranty support & customer satisfaction

• $60K-$65K + Super full time permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Coordinate service, repair, and warranty bookings
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues where required
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce/SAP C4C
• Support warranty reporting and parts usage administration
• Identify sales opportunities and refer upgrade enquiries to the Sales Team
• Assist in developing FAQ and customer support content

 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or warranty administration
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
