The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Caravan Builders to join our production team. We have multiple full‑time roles available across cladding, furniture fitting, and general caravan, campervan and motorhome construction.

Available Roles Include:
- Caravan/RV Builders / Assemblers
- Cladding Installers (internal & external)
- Furniture Builders / Cabinet Makers
- General Manufacturing Trades
Key Responsibilities
Duties are wide varied and not limited to:
- Build and assemble RV’s in line with specifications and quality standards
- Install cladding, cabinetry, furniture, and internal fixtures
- Follow work instructions, and build schedules
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a production team
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in caravan, RV, cabinet making, furniture, joinery, construction, marine or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
- Good work ethic with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Safety conscientious, ALWAYS
- A can-do attitude and interest in problem solving
- Australian working rights
