Rental Sales Officer – Gold Coast Airport

Redspot Rent-A-Car is seeking a Full-time Rental Sales Officer to join our Gold Coast Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role

Primary responsibilities include:

• Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
• Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
• Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
• Cross-sales
