Implementation Consultant 

Position Overview 

As a Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for delivering technical implementations from discovery through to hypercare, ensuring a smooth, structured, and high-quality experience for our clients. 

This role involves connecting Redmap to customers’ ERP environments, supporting sandbox setup and testing, managing issue registers, and guiding the client through UAT and go-live—ultimately ensuring they are ready for handover to the support team. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform end to end onboarding with clients including software installation, building connectivity, configuration, and troubleshooting of all Redmap solutions, both cloud-based and on-premise. 
  • Prepare UAT test cases, provide support throughout UAT execution, and assist with defect resolution. 
  • Connect and configure the Redmap platform to the customer’s ERP environment, including API integration, data validation, and connectivity testing. 
  • Build and validate customer UAT environments, ensuring data flow and business logic align with customer expectations. 
  • Support customer onboarding activities through configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. 
  • Working with the Lead Implementation Consultants and Solution Managers on reviewing issue registers, prioritising issues for resolution, tracking technical bugs, requests, and enhancements. 
  • Root cause analysis of issues, trouble shoot where possible and liaise with Engineering if required. 
  • Escalate risks and blockers appropriately, with proactive communication and status reporting. 
  • Conducts soft go live testing to ensure, all components of migration are accurate. 
  • Provide elevated technical support during the hypercare phase post go-live. 
  • Contribute to handover documentation for the internal support team, ensuring continuity of service. 

 

Requirements 

  • Previous experience working with ERP technologies or AP Automation is highly desirable. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical implementation role or related field, with a strong understanding of software solutions – Pronto or Alayacare experience highly desirable. 
  • Proficient understanding of SQL and database solutions 
  • Proficiency in system integration, API configurations, and troubleshooting. 
  • Experience with software implementation lifecycles, including UAT and go live support. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.   
  • A collaborative spirit and the drive to solve complex problems with a customer first centric mindset.  
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be solution orientated with strong attention to detail.
