The role on offer can be structured as full or part-time position.

About the role – Conveyancing Paralegal

RLW’s Real Estate practice covers all aspects of property purchases and sales, along with leasing and licencing.

Working in our Real Estate team this role:

• maintains conveyancing matters on a day-to-day basis;

• conducts reviews of purchase contracts;

• prepares contracts for the sale of real estate;

• maintains accurate client records;

• assists with client correspondence; and

• continues to refine our process by maintaining and updating our workflows.

About you

• You have two years’ experience in residential Conveyancing;

• You’re familiar with PEXA, Duties Online and SPEAR; and

• You are an innovator, always seeking to improve the client experience.
