Cancer is heartbreaking, traumatic and expensive and impacts every aspect of life for the child with cancer and their whole family. For over 40 years, Redkite has been a lifeline for these children and families, walking alongside them from the moment of diagnosis, throughout treatment, and beyond – both in hospital and in the community.

The Role:

We’re looking for an organised, and proactive National Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our office and Family Service Centre.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person, building positive relationships and ensuring the office runs smoothly and continues to uphold our Redkite’s values. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys being busy, supporting people, and keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be the key person for all things office‑related — from making sure the space feels inviting and well‑stocked, to helping new starters feel at home from day one and welcoming families for their counselling appointments. Our culture is welcoming, collaborative and supportive, and this role plays a big part in bringing that to life. A role where your contribution truly matters.

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Executive Assistant, this 30-hour week role oversees day to day office coordination, facilities and technology support, and high quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders. It’s a hands-on, varied position suited to someone proactive and organised, who enjoys building strong relationships with staff and suppliers to create a welcoming and efficient workplace.

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, office events, travel bookings and general administration.
  • Oversee technology logistics including equipment allocation, device audits and IT vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office facilities, building maintenance schedules and WHS compliance.
  • Provide high‑quality customer service to callers and email enquiries, including donation processing.
  • Manage vendor relationships, supplier contracts and purchasing of office equipment and consumables.
  • Support staff onboarding, offboarding and internal events.

About You:

·Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

·Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities.

·Proactive problem‑solver with a calm, can‑do attitude.

·Confident communicator who enjoys being the “go‑to” person.

·       Tech savvy.

·Previous experience in an office management, workplace coordinator, or admin role is ideal.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience managing office facilities at multiple locations.
  • Experience developing and implementing business systems and processes to create efficiencies.
  • Great communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong technical skills with respect to audio and visual meeting support.
  • A calm, professional and respectful demeanour with a positive, can-do attitude.
