Join RediMed – Building a Healthier, More Resilient Australia in our newly created role as Health Screening Administrator based out of our Perth clinics (we’re open on location but must be open to travelling if needed), reporting to our Product Manager. We have one full-time role available.

About the Role

This is a full time role reporting to the Product Manager, and plays a key role in supporting our end-to-end health screening services by:

  • Coordinating results follow-up and customer communication
  • Managing bookings across RediMed and Alliance clinics
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation within our systems
  • Proactively managing service timeframes and customer expectations
  • Supporting quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
