Join RediMed – Building a Healthier, More Resilient Australia as our Alliance Clinic Coordinator based out of our Belmont clinic, reporting to our Product Manager. We have one role available with flexibility for full or part-time – to be discussed if successful.

About the Role

This role supports the coordination and delivery of pre-employment medical and occupational health services across RediMed’s alliance clinic network, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact between RediMed and Alliance partners
  • Monitoring turnaround times, KPIs, and Service Agreements
  • Supporting quality assurance, audits, and compliance activities
  • Identifying opportunities to expand alliance network, improve processes and service delivery
  • Assisting with the coordination of bookings, follow-ups, and service delivery with Alliance clinics
