About Us
Red Lily Health Board is an Aboriginal community-controlled health service focused on improving health outcomes across West Arnhem. We provide strong cultural induction and support to ensure our team is well-prepared to work in a remote Indigenous setting.
About the Role
As part of a small, committed health team, you’ll deliver vital primary healthcare, including acute care, chronic disease management, health education, and community engagement. You’ll work alongside Aboriginal Health Workers, local staff, and visiting GPs, with 24/7 remote medical support and retrieval services.
Minjilang Health Centre is staffed by two RANs, Aboriginal Health Worker, with the support of community drivers and reception staff. The community is serviced by a range of outreach services with the GP visiting once a week. The Northern Territory Health Department Rural Medical Practitioners provide 24-hour Phone support, and in partnership with CareFlight coordinate 24-hour retrieval services.

Key Requirements
- AHPRA Registration
- Experience in Remote Area Nursing in Australia
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Manual driver’s license, National Police Check, Ochre Card
- Willingness to travel by light aircraft and 4WD, and participate in a 24-hour on-call roster
Desirable: Midwifery, Child Health, Emergency, Mental Health, or PHC qualifications.
