About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, people‑focused leader to manage our Casino
Day Services. You’ll ensure high‑quality programs, support your team, build
strong relationships with families, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who loves supporting others to
shine, communicates clearly, and thrives in a values‑driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor & support Disability Support Workers
- Build positive relationships with participants & families
- Coordinate rosters, programs & daily centre operations
- Intake of new participants
- Manage incidents, reporting, and documentation
- Champion NDIS Practice Standards & participant outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Qualifications in Community/Disability Services (Cert III+) or relevant sector experience
- Strong understanding of the NDIS & disability support
- Great communication & emotional intelligence
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Tech‑confident (Microsoft Suite + platforms like ShiftCare)
