Location: Oxford Falls, NSW

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Employment Type: Salary-based position

We’re now looking for a Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, job bookings, scheduling, and technician dispatch. This role is vital to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives the professional service we’re known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answering incoming calls and being the first point of contact for customers

Booking jobs into our scheduling system with accuracy and efficiency

Dispatching and coordinating technicians to jobs throughout the day

Managing emails, correspondence, and general office administration

Supporting the operations team to ensure jobs are completed on time

Building strong customer relationships through excellent communication

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service (trade industry experience a bonus)

Strong phone manner and excellent communication skills

Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling/dispatch software)

Someone organised, punctual, and reliable with strong attention to detail

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A positive team player who wants to contribute to the success of the business
