About the Role
As Office Manager, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly while actively contributing to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing office administration and filing
- Bookkeeping and accounts management
- Confidently using Xero for invoicing, reconciliations, BAS preparation, payroll, and reporting
- Supporting management with daily administrative and growth-related tasks
- About You
- Strong background in office administration and bookkeeping
- Excellent knowledge of Xero
- Professional phone manner and clear communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A team player who is invested in the growth and success of the business
- Previous experience in a trade or service-based company (preferred but not essential)
