About the role
SCHADS 6 – dependant on qualifications and experience
Based in Sale VIC 3850
This role is responsible for leading the community services team in providing Aboriginal clients with alcohol and other drug, social and emotional wellbeing, stolen generation, home and community care and youth supports.
The role provides day-to-day supervision, mentoring, and professional development to team members, ensuring alignment to best practices. Through strong leadership, the Team Leader supports staff to deliver effective, trauma-informed, and strengths-based interventions
Requirements for the role
- Diploma or above qualification in Community, AOD/Mental Health or related disciplined
- Current Victorian Working With Children’s Check or ability to obtain
- Satisfactory criminal history check
- Satisfactory pre employment drug & alcohol screening
- Immunisation requirements as per Ramahyuck policy
