Club Australia is a growing network of social swimming clubs that empowers
children and young people with a disability through personalised swimming
programs.
We’re
seeking a Regional Manager to support and oversee our clubs across QLD- South East, including Acacia Ridge, Currimundi, Everton Hills, Loganholme, Mt Ommaney and North Lakes.
About
the Role
This
is a hands-on role focused on supporting teams in-club, ensuring high-quality
program delivery, and managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
You’ll work closely with Lead Teachers and Head Office to ensure clubs run
smoothly and members receive a consistent, inclusive experience.
Work
Pattern
This is a hybrid role
with both remote and in-person requirements:
• Weekdays: Primarily
work-from-home, with a focus on administration, communication, and staff
coordination. Availability on Mondays is a requirement for all Regional
Managers.
• Monthly Sydney
Travel: Attendance at in-person team meetings in Sydney is required
approximately once a month on a Wednesday (for NSW-based managers). Additional
travel may be required to meet operational needs.
• Weekend Service
Delivery: Weekend work forms part of the role. Regional Managers are
required to be available during club operating hours, with in-club attendance
determined by operational requirements across their zone. Weekend work is an
expected and ongoing component of the role.
• Events &
Training: Attendance at key Rainbow Club events, including training
days, carnivals, expos, and fundraisers, may be required as part of the role.
Key
Responsibilities

Support and mentor Lead Teachers and swim teachers
• Oversee program delivery and member experience
• Manage day-to-day operational issues and problem-solve in real time
• Build strong relationships with staff, members, and community partners
What
You Bring
Essential:
• Experience leading or supporting staff across multiple sites or programs
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in real time
• Willingness to work weekends and travel within the region
Desirable:
• Background in aquatics, disability services, or community programs
• Experience in rostering, scheduling, or operations
