What you’ll do

The Strategic Revenue and Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, analysing, and maintaining pricing models for rail asset leasing and related services. The role ensures pricing strategies are competitive, commercially viable, and aligned with the company’s financial and risk objectives.

This position plays a key role in supporting contract negotiations, optimising asset returns, and providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Assist with executing pricing strategy
  • Assist with conducting the implementation, testing and support of pricing changes
  • Price modelling and analysis, working closely with Commercial and Operations teams
  • Design, build, implement, maintain and monitor technical pricing models

What you’ll bring

To enable success in the role, you will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in evaluating pricing or commercial proposals in a heavy industry environment
  • Rail experience ideal but not essential
  • High performance with excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • High level of detail orientation and sound commercial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills combined with a hands-on approach and ability to work effectively as part of a small team
  • Ability to communicate and present complex financial information to a wide audience
