About the Role
QuestCare is currently seeking passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Yass, NSW. We are looking for dedicated individuals to provide high-quality support to both Aged Care clients and NDIS participants.
This is a casual role offering flexibility, making it perfect for those looking to balance work with study or family commitments. You will be supporting locals in the Yass community to live independently and achieve their daily goals.
Your duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
- Manual handling and mobility support.
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation.
- Community access (transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings).
- Providing companionship and social support.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold the following:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Current Manual Handling certificate (or willingness to refresh).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.
- A valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle.
