Technical Support Specialist (Ukrainian speaking) – Remote

About the Role 

Quantum-Systems Pty Ltd is seeking a Ukrainian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to support our international customers operating advanced unmanned aerial systems (UAS). 

This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, customer support, and product performance, working closely with both customers and internal technical teams. 

Key Requirements (Essential) 

• Fluent Ukrainian and English (written and spoken)  
• Previous experience in one or more of the following:  
• Aviation maintenance  
• Electronics / electrical systems  
• Drones / Unmanned systems  
• Defence or similar technical field  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in a support environment  

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams  
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues  
• Support customers to ensure effective system operation  
• Assist with fault finding and defect resolution  
• Maintain accurate records of support activities  
• Support testing and validation of system updates  
• Deliver basic user guidance and training  
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements  

About You 

• 2–3 years’ experience in a technical support or hands-on technical role  
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment  
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through  
• MUST be fluent in Ukrainian
